Job Description
This role is for one of the Weekdays clients
We are looking for a dynamic QA Engineer to join our engineering team in Bangalore. In this role you ll be essential in ensuring the quality and reliability of our products. If you re passionate about excellence and have worked on interesting projects big or small we d love to hear about it!
Key Responsibilities:
- Test Planning & Execution: Develop and execute comprehensive test plans cases and scripts to ensure topnotch product quality.
- Bug Identification & Reporting: Identify document and track software defects while collaborating closely with the development team to resolve them.
- Automation Testing: Design and implement automated testing processes and tools to improve test coverage and efficiency.
- Quality Assurance: Conduct functional regression and performance testing to ensure overall product quality.
- Collaboration with Engineering Teams: Work closely with developers to align testing processes with product development and quality standards.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience as a QA Engineer with strong knowledge of software testing methodologies.
- Handson experience with both manual and automated testing tools.
- Proficiency in scripting languages such as Python or Java for test automation.
- Strong analytical and problemsolving skills with great attention to detail.
- Ability to demonstrate innovative QA work or showcase past projects regardless of scale.
