As a Research & Insight Consultant you are responsible for various quantitative projects in the field of Employee Experience (EX) Customer Experience (CX) and Market Research. You convince our customers with your project management skills and expertise which covers the whole study design from project setup questionnaire development and coordinating of fieldwork to data analysis and presentation of valuable insights. Your expertise makes you a reliable partner across the organization and a role model for your colleagues as you will be working closely with our sales product and marketing teams.
You read data can identify the potential for improvement and deliver recommendations. Your mission is to give every voice value and help our customers make better datadriven decisions. In addition you are responsible for proposals controlling project costs and quality assurance.
