Job Description
- Assist in working as One Team projecting a willing and helpful attitude to colleagues and clients maintaining a positive and collaborative work environment
- Managing the daytoday operations of the location ensuring the team meet the needs of the location and WSH.
- Responsible for all operations and escalations within the operations team leading as a connection point between all areas of 1CW.
- Achieving financial targets agreed with the client within the budget and monitoring the work of the location team.
- To show commitment to the WSH values: Passionate Collaborative and Proud in all aspects of your role
Qualifications :
- Successful Hospitality and culinary background within a managerial position.
- Microsoft office applications including SharePoint Forms One Drive Outlook etc.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to plan ahead
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
- Financially and commercially astute
- Analytical
