Requirements

  • Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.

  • Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Education or a related field; HR Certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.

  • 3 years of experience in training workforce development or a similar role preferably in the manufacturing field.

  • 3 years of supervisory experience in training and talent development.

  • Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes machinery and safety standards; previous hourly shop floor experience is highly recommended.

  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • Strong organizational interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.

  • Analytical skills to use data for decisions on additional training resources.

  • Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.

  • Proficiency in HR Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).

Preferred Skills:

  • Certification in training or instructional design (e.g. CPTD APTD or similar).

  • Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other process improvement practices.

  • Strong leadership and team management capabilities.

  • Project management and instructional design expertise.

  • Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
