Why This Role As the HR Supervisor of Talent Management & Workforce Development you will have the opportunity to lead a team focused on empowering employees promoting engagement and driving continuous improvement. What You ll Do:
Oversee daily operations to ensure team productivity and adherence to best practices in learning and development.
Supervise and mentor the training and workforce development team fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
Provide coaching and professional development opportunities to team members.
Conduct regular team meetings to promote communication and collaboration.
Oversee training sessions workshops and seminars to ensure effective content delivery.
Monitor and assess the effectiveness of training programs leveraging evaluations and feedback for continuous improvement.
Collaborate with leadership to assess organizational effectiveness and support change management initiatives.
Monitor HR metrics to evaluate team performance and engagement levels.
Prepare detailed reports on training outcomes participation and overall program effectiveness for management review.
Manage and allocate the training budget efficiently to maximize resources.
Work with leadership and HR to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
Stay proactive in learning new skills and acquiring knowledge in training and talent development to stay aligned with industry trends.
Develop innovative and dynamic training materials to enhance learner engagement and retention.
Conduct assessments and collaborate with stakeholders to create customized training programs tailored to organizational goals and skill gaps.
Assist in developing and implementing talent management strategies to identify attract and retain highpotential employees.

Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources Business Administration Education or a related field; HR Certification (e.g. SHRMCP PHR) is a plus.
3 years of experience in training workforce development or a similar role preferably in the manufacturing field.
3 years of supervisory experience in training and talent development.
Extensive knowledge of manufacturing processes machinery and safety standards; previous hourly shop floor experience is highly recommended.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Strong organizational interpersonal and facilitation skills with the ability to engage and motivate employees.
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize effectively.
Analytical skills to use data for decisions on additional training resources.
Proven ability to build relationships and influence at all levels of the organization.
Proficiency in HR Learning Management Systems (LMS) and other training technologies.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word Excel PowerPoint).
Preferred Skills:
Certification in training or instructional design (e.g. CPTD APTD or similar).
Knowledge of Lean Manufacturing Six Sigma or other process improvement practices.
Strong leadership and team management capabilities.
Project management and instructional design expertise.
Exceptional presentation and facilitation skills.
