Why This Role As a Project Manager you will lead crossfunctional coordination manage risks and drive program progress to achieve strategic milestones. Your expertise will play a key role in delivering impactful results and advancing innovation in a fastpaced and dynamic industry.
What You ll Do:
Project Schedule and CrossFunctional Coordination:
Develop and maintain project schedules including regular updates as needed.
Coordinate with crossfunctional teams across Manufacturing Quality Finance IT R&D Construction and Facilities to identify dependencies and manage risks.
Track program progress and budget forecasts ensuring alignment with organizational goals.
Stakeholder and Partner Management:
Communicate regularly with stakeholders providing project updates and gathering input.
Collaborate with program directors to escalate issues to senior management as necessary.
Support milestone review processes to ensure alignment and accountability.
Risk and Dependency Management:
Maintain a project risk registry to track assumptions issues and dependencies.
Escalate risks and issues to stakeholders to ensure timelines and quality standards are met.
Support change management processes through regular meetings and approval workflows.

Must have served in U.S. Army U.S. Navy U.S. Marine Corps U.S. Air Force U.S. Coast Guard U.S. Space Force U.S. Reserves or U.S. National Guard.
Bachelor s degree in Engineering Business Administration or a related field.
Proven experience in project management with preference for experience in the battery or automotive industries.
Ability to deliver endtoend project results in fastpaced environments.
Exceptional organizational and communication skills.
Demonstrated ability to work crossfunctionally with diverse teams.
Strong project management skills for highcomplexity engineered products.
Proficiency in project management tools such as Smartsheet Jira or MS Project.
Willingness to travel domestically and internationally (1025% primarily to China).
