The ideal candidate will have a strong background in corporate sales within the facility maintenance industry
Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets.
Identify and secure new business opportunities within the facility maintenance sector.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients utilizing an established client database.
Present and promote facility maintenance services to corporate clients demonstrating a deep understanding of their needs.
Qualifications:
Minimum of 7 years of corporate sales experience in the facility maintenance industry.
Proven success in meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Strong client database within the facility maintenance sector.
Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
