- elicit catalog and implement human factors and occupant package requirements in vehicle design
- develop physical models and virtual tools to validate occupant package ergonomics and comfort
- perform ergonomic assessments of reflection and glare both virtually and physically
- work actively in the crossfunctional team (marketing design vehicle development) and ensure that the overall benefit of the vehicle is in the foreground
Qualifications :
YOU...
- have a degree in mechanical engineering automotive engineering or a similar technical field as well as relevant professional experience in the field of automotive human factors
- have experience with vehicle comfort and ergonomics concepts and are familiar with both subjective and quantitative methods of ergonomic evaluation
- are familiar with the SAE standards (Society of Automotive Engineers) and FMVSS/ECE regulations for the creation of occupant equipment concepts
- are familiar with RAMSIS CAVA and CAD tools for the creation integration and maintenance of 2D/3D vehicle package layouts and ergonomic assessments
- have experience with Ansys SPEOS for carrying out reflection and glare assessments
- have a good command of German and English
