Job Description
Streamline Processes Ensure Compliance Optimize Workflows
On behalf of a leading company in the international distribution sector we are looking for a Process & Compliance Specialist Import/Export (m/f/d) to support and optimize key business processes. The company is dedicated to innovation digitalization and sustainability and offers exciting career opportunities in a dynamic environment.
Tasks
Process Development: Define harmonize and standardize process strategies to enhance operational efficiency and compliance.
Collaboration: Act as a key interface between internal departments ensuring seamless cooperation and businessaligned process management.
Operational Oversight: Monitor key process and business objectives integrating quality standards compliance and risk management.
Regulatory Management: Handle controlled products and processes maintain material master data manage excise duty documentation and ensure customs and foreign trade compliance.
Driving Change: Support innovation and continuous improvement by promoting change initiatives in regulatory advisory and import/export operations.
Requirements
A completed education in a commercial or scientific field (e.g. industrial wholesale or foreign trade) or a related degree.
Initial experience in Regulatory Advisory Import/Export or project management is a plus.
Knowledge of SAP R/3 or S/4 HANA and Microsoft Office is beneficial.
Familiarity with regulatory topics such as customs excise tax and hazardous goods is an advantagebut dont worry were happy to support your development in this area.
Strong communication skills in German and English along with a collaborative and solutionoriented mindset.
A proactive attitude curiosity and enthusiasm for process optimization.
