Youll be responsible for inspiring the markets by developing global Shopper Activation POS Toolkits. In this role youll collaborate with creative agencies and production suppliers to create key assets for quick execution ensuring premium instore visibility.
DEVELOPMENT OF INSTORE THEATRE POS TOOLS
Youll expand and enhance our global instore theatre POS portfolio in collaboration with Global Procurement. This role will also drive market engagement by creating excitement through internal communication platforms and integrating solutions into POS toolkits to boost adoption.
TRADE MARKETING SUPPORT FOR KEY ACCOUNTS
Youll support Global Key Accounts by developing impactful instore activation strategies tailored to shopper retailer and market needs. Youll have strong collaboration with the Global Brand Marketing team to ensure alignment and effectiveness.
COUNTRY COMMUNICATION LEAD TO HELP MARKETS ACHIEVE THE PERFECT STORE
Youll be responsible to connect our Global Trade Marketing and OffPremise community with key resources including best practices insights and toolkits. Youll also be supporting markets throughout the business planning process and providing valuable feedback backed by actionable insights to drive success.
Qualifications :
Minimum Bachelor Degree in Marketing Sales Communication or similar
Fluent in English. Other languages advantageous but not required
Minimum 5 years of FMCG experience within Sales Trade Marketing or Brand Marketing preferably within beverages
Proficient understanding of POS development and production
Understanding of sales processes and experience working with retailers
Innovative solutionoriented and creative mindset with problem solving and strategic thinking skills
Excellent communicator with openness to understand and adapt to cultural nuances
Advanced Power Point skills. Experience in design suites such as Photoshop preferable but not required
Selfmotivated selfdirected flexible and able to work under pressure in a fastpaced team environment
Additional Information :
Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.446 gross per month. However our attractive compensation package is based on marketoriented salaries and is therefore significantly above the stated minimum salary.
