Job Description
Responsible for new innovation and improvement warehouse projects introduction ensure
to be alignment with Bosch initiatives and new technology to improve material and
information flow at Celaya Plant lead and support warehouse procedures and strategies deploy
and promotes BPS (Bosch Production System) Initiatives and overall standards witting the
logistics organization support all Celaya Plant warehouse initiatives logic report cost and
transparency coordinate internal and external from different departments reports.
Qualifications :
International Commerce Bachelor Degree Logistics Engineering Industrial Engineering
or International business
English Advanced
German basic
SKILLS
Applies Project Management standards.
Applies problemsolving tools.
Reports project status to different management levels.
Moderates Improvement activities / workshops.
Initiative curiosity and willingness to drive change.
Strategicanalytic skills (e.g. Excel databases)
MS Office
Good leadership organizational and communication skills
ACTIVITIES
1. Responsible for Warehouse projects and support electronic material and information flow initiatives.
Ensure warehouse capacity for current and futures projects.
Ensure available space for new warehouse capacity projects.
Budget administration.
Legal contracts with suppliers.
Lead and coordinate workshops related with whs capacity projects
Coordination of cross functional project teams to ensure seamless logistics warehouse
initiates of new projects in Celaya Plant
Follow up timeline to follow up projects and A3 format follow up.
Establish KPIs to measure effectiveness of the projects.
Fast and effective implementation of lessons learned to improve implementation processes.
2. Responsible for Logistics hardware and software new project.
Ensure hardware availability for new projects introductions (CPUs Scanners etc.).
Network Architecture request design approval.
Coordinate facilities installation in case needed.
SAP basics knowledge
