Job Description

Title: Sales Development Executive Events
Location: US Remote (Boulder CO or Phoenix AZ Preferred)
Target Start Date: March 2025
Compensation: $50000 $55000 Base Salary Commission
Application Deadline: February 11 2025

What Were Looking For:

Were seeking an energetic and resultsdriven Sales Development Executive to help us drive new business and support the growth of existing relationships. Youll be responsible for identifying and nurturing potential clients supporting inbound leads and reengaging clients who may have turned over or gone inactive. Your role will be essential in supporting the sales team with lead generation relationshipbuilding and datadriven strategies to accelerate growth.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify highpotential leads through a variety of channels including online research social media and market surveys.
  • Support inbound leads by engaging with prospects and qualifying them quickly to move them through the sales pipeline.
  • Reconnect with past clients who have turned over or become inactive identifying opportunities to reengage and rebuild relationships.
  • Build and maintain a wellorganized database of leads and prospects for future outreach.
  • Collaborate closely with sales and marketing teams to create and implement innovative lead generation strategies and campaigns.
  • Analyze and report on lead generation performance and client reengagement efforts offering insights to improve efficiency and results.
  • Stay informed on industry trends and best practices to keep our lead generation and client reengagement strategies sharp and competitive.
  • Manage multiple tasks and projects efficiently ensuring timely followups and meeting deadlines while maintaining attention to detail.

It connects professionals across various sectors including retailers suppliers and manufacturers to help grow the natural products market. Qualifications :

  • 12 years of experience in sales or customer service eager to grow within the field.
  • Strong communication skills via phone and email to effectively engage with clients.
  • Excellent time management and organizational skills to juggle multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Creative problemsolver with strong analytical skills to tackle challenges.
  • Aspiration to grow into endtoend sales or sales operations/enabling roles in the future.
  • Experience with Salesforce HubSpot or other CRM software is preferred.
  • Humble teamoriented mindset with a focus on collaboration and learning.
