Job Description

Freshworks is seeking a strategic performancedriven leader to own and scale global integrated campaigns and programs as part of our Demand Generation team. This role is pivotal in driving our gotomarket strategies building and executing multichannel multitouch campaigns and accelerating customer acquisition partnerdriven growth and revenue expansion.

As Senior Director of Integrated Campaigns and Programs you will lead the development of global campaigns designed to create demand across SMB midmarket and enterprise segments. Youll also drive jointpartner campaigns designed to influence new business opportunities and foster customer expansion. Working closely with crossfunctional teams youll design innovative datadriven marketing strategies that align with Freshworks ambitious growth goals. This is a highimpact role that requires a leader who thrives on crossfunctional collaboration knows how to balance creativity with performance and has a passion for delivering measurable

business outcomes.

Please note: This is a hybrid role that will be based in Bellevue WA and requires an inoffice presence three days per week (TuesdayThursday). 

  • Lead the creation and execution of global integrated campaigns and demand programs to drive
  • leads pipeline and revenue across SMB midmarket and enterprise segments.
  • Manage and mentor a global team of campaign and program managers fostering a culture of
  • innovation collaboration and accountability.
  • Drive the development of multichannel campaigns across digital ABM webinars content and
  • paid media ensuring alignment with company goals and partner strategies.
  • Partner with regional marketing and sales teams to deliver localized campaign strategies tailored
  • to achieve territoryspecific goals.
  • Develop and execute campaigns focused on influencing expansion opportunities within existing
  • customer segments.
  • Work with crossfunctional teams including product marketing digital marketing brand and
  • content teams to maximize the impact of campaigns and programs.
  • Leverage data and analytics to shape campaign strategies measure performance and optimize
  • lead funnel activities for stronger conversion rates.
  • Own and manage the global campaigns budget ensuring efficient resource allocation and
  • delivering measurable ROI.
  • Conduct market research to identify trends customer needs and competitive insights for
  • effective campaign strategies.
  • Collaborate with partner marketing to design and execute joint campaigns and programs aimed at generating new business and accelerating customer expansion with select partners.

Qualifications :

  • 15 years of experience in demand generation integrated marketing or partner marketing roles in the SaaS/enterprise software industry.
  • Proven success in leading global campaign teams with a focus on pipeline creation partnerled growth and measurable outcomes.
  • Expertise in designing and managing multichannel marketing campaigns including email paid media ABM and website optimization.
  • Strong background in partnerdriven marketing including to with and through motions such as recruitment enablement and demand generation.
  • Experience working with strategic alliance partners (e.g. AWS) and creating joint marketing initiatives.
  • Handson experience with demand generation technologies such as marketing automationplatforms and ABM tools.
  • Proven ability to collaborate with regional teams sales stakeholders and product marketing to build and execute localized strategies.
  • Strong analytical skills and a datadriven mindset for measuring campaign effectiveness and uncovering growth opportunities.
  • Exceptional communication leadership and team management skills.
  • Bachelors degree in marketing business or a related field.

Please note: This is a hybrid role that will be based in Bellevue WA and requires an inoffice presence three days per week (TuesdayThursday). 

This role is based in the San Francisco Metro Area and the expected base salary range for this position is as shown below. The actual base pay is dependent upon a variety of jobrelated factors such as professional background training work experience business needs and market demand. Therefore in some circumstances the actual salary could fall outside of this expected range. This pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role is also eligible for a target bonus.

$234600$337180 USD Base Salary Variable Compensation
