Achieve Plan Vs Actual Achieve KPI Utilization IDC QCD
Analysis of loss contributors
Ensure Associates /operators are working according to standards (Work instruction Handling instruction etc.)
On job training for new associates and enhancement of operators multi skilling.
5s and Quality improvement
Responsible for Process Confirmation LPC
Conduct regular audits layer process confirmation
Implementation and adherence to the Quality Standard
Problems solving through systematic approach 5 Why PSS
Responsible for daily meetings /Audit / Visit Preparation
Inventory Accuracy
Responsible for Shift SFMC & IDC Review
Key Deliverables : Plan Vs actual of volume delivery
Relative utilization and IDC
Delivery fulfilments
Quality drive/Handling rejection reductions
Continious improvements
5s Score improvement
Associate Skill Level 100% compliance
SAP activity
Qualifications :
Diploma in Electrical or Electronics with 35 years of experience
