MARKETING:
Responsible for establishing strong product presence in Taiwan in the field of Pharmaceutical (Ophthalmology)and introducing new products as they become available with aim of obtaining a reasonable market share within acceptable timeline agreed upon from supervisor. Planning and implementation of overall marketing strategy (Annual / Midterm); Value maximization by product strategy Product life cycle management; PDCA management for product strategy implementation; Strengthening the Companys brand image by quality marketing activities; Evaluating market potential for new pipelines BD products. Leading to complete new product launch plan and taking the leader role in prelaunch stage; Engaging key stakeholders to endorse Santen products.
MARKET ACCESS:
Dual role as the Market Access lead. This position is responsible for the development of market access strategies and value proposition for the Companys products by working in close collaboration with the regional / local stakeholders (Marketing Sales Medical Affairs etc.). The scope of this role also includes leading the preparation of NHI reimbursement related documents and the development of suitable pricing strategies.
