Job Description

We are seeking a Senior Technologist R&D Electrical Engineering to join our innovative team in Colorado Springs United States. In this role you will lead cuttingedge research and development projects driving technological advancements in electrical engineering.

  • Spearhead R&D initiatives in electrical engineering focusing on product innovation and improvement
  • Develop and document the Architecture Specification for the road map products specified by the Product Marketing team.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and develop concepts for new products
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to integrate electrical systems with other engineering disciplines
  • Mentor junior engineers and provide technical guidance on projects
  • Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends to maintain competitive advantage
  • Participate in the patent process for novel inventions and technologies
  • Represent the company at industry conferences and technical forums
  • Ensure compliance with relevant industry standards and regulations
  • Strong leadership skill with the ability to influence Architectural decisions and Cross functional team.   
  • Expert for the Electrical Engineering team to consult with help resolve complex problems with the team.  

Qualifications :

  • BS degree in Electrical Engineering or related field; Masters preferred
  • Minimum of 10 15 years of experience in R&D electrical engineering
  • Advanced knowledge of electrical engineering principles and practices
  • Proven track record of successful product development and innovation in either storage server or networking products.
  • Expertise knowledge in Ethernet PCIe DDR SAS/SATA high speed circuits. 
  • Strong problemsolving and troubleshooting skills
  • Excellent project management abilities
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations
  • Exceptional analytical and detailoriented mindset
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fastpaced R&D environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
