Job Description

Our Clients & Markets (C&M) team enables the Firm to deliver sustainable and profitable growth by focusing on the market through an Industry and Segment lens. The team combines a diverse skillset across sales business development account management and pursuit excellence to position our specialist delivery teams to help our clients solve complex business issues.

Step into the role of a Sales Leader MidMarket where your leadership skills will shape our sales strategies and operations. Were looking for a proactive individual to drive growth maximise sales team performance and champion revenue generation in our dynamic organisation.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead the MidMarket Sales function including Inside Sales and Business Development Managers (BDMs) in executive settings.
  • Drive accountability and responsibility with senior stakeholders to set revenue targets and facilitate opportunity conversion.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to optimise sales tools leverage AI for productivity and ensure reporting needs are met.
  • Mentor and manage the Inside Sales team and BDMs focusing on engagement sales plans implementation and KPI monitoring.
  • Create a positive work environment to bolster team performance and encourage collaboration.
  • Set clear performance goals for the team conduct regular reviews and provide constructive feedback and development plans.
  • Recognise highperforming team members and address underperformance effectively.
  • Design sales strategies and processes to accelerate revenue growth and enhance increase market penetration.
  • Analyse sales data and market trends for strategic targeting improvements.
  • Implement sales processes forecasting methodologies and lead generation activities to meet firmwide growth targets.
  • Personally engage in sales pursuits across MidMarket Portfolios facilitating client interactions and managing pipeline conversions.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales reports to senior management capture opportunity information in CRM and perform market analysis.

Experience and Skills Required:

  • Significant leadership experience within sales or sales operations preferably in the midmarket sector.
  • Demonstrated capability in managing and leading a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
  • Proficiency in developing and executing sales strategies in alignment with organisational goals.
  • Expert understanding and leveraging of CRM and other sales tools.
  • Strong analytical skills for sales data interpretation and market trend analysis.
  • Proven track record in pipeline management and client relationship development.
  • Exceptional communication negotiation and presentation skills.
