Job Description
Position: Sales Promoter
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement effective sales strategies to attract new clients and retain existing ones
Build and maintain relationships with clients through regular communication and excellent customer service
Meet and exceed sales targets and goals set by the company
Keep track of sales performance and provide regular reports to the management team
Stay updated on industry trends and competitors activities to identify new business opportunities
Maintain a thorough understanding of our services and effectively communicate them to clients
Qualifications
Bachelors degree in Business Administration Marketing or a related field
Minimum of 2 years of experience in sales background must be in jewelry or fashion retail.
The caliber must be presentable and have excellent sales skills.
English level is good and the caliber must have the ability to communicate in English.
Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities
Selfmotivated and resultsdriven
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
