The Workshop Manager oversees the maintenance repair and servicing of commercial vehicles ensuring operational efficiency and customer satisfaction. The role involves managing workshop staff maintaining quality standards and achieving performance targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and monitor workshop operations including vehicle diagnostics servicing and repairs.
- Supervise and train technicians mechanics and support staff.
- Ensure adherence to safety standards and compliance with company policies.
- Manage inventory of tools spare parts and consumables.
- Monitor job scheduling turnaround times and overall workshop productivity.
- Handle customer queries complaints and provide technical support.
- Maintain documentation including job cards service records and performance reports.
