Job Description
As the Accountant Officer at Anytime Fitness Thailand you will play a crucial role in managing the companys financial operations and ensuring compliance with accounting standards and regulations. This position requires proficiency in fullsuite accounting including accounts receivable (AR) accounts payable (AP) and local tax reporting.
ROLES & RESPONSIBILITIES
- Financial Management
- Oversee daytoday accounting activities.
- Perform reconciliations of bank accounts credit card transactions and other financial accounts to ensure accuracy and completeness.
- Accounts Receivable and Payable
- Manage accounts receivable processes including invoicing billing and collections ensuring timely and accurate recording of revenue.
- Local Tax Compliance
- Prepare and file monthly quarterly and annual tax returns ensuring compliance with local tax regulations and deadlines.
- Maintain uptodate knowledge of tax laws and regulations implementing changes as necessary to ensure compliance and minimize tax liabilities.
- Startup Environment
- Thrive in a dynamic startup environment demonstrating flexibility adaptability and a willingness to take on new challenges.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to support the companys growth initiatives and contribute to the achievement of organizational goals.
