Main Duties:
Engage in the planning oversight and accountability for a range of customer relations activities develop budgets and monitor expenses related to organizing such activities.
Responsibilities:
- Assist in organizing and planning various customer relations initiatives.
- Oversee and ensure the successful execution of the companys customer relations activities.
- Communicate with suppliers and collaborate with various organizers involved in the activities.
- Contribute to the establishment and planning of operational procedures.
- Draft budgets for approval.
- Monitor operations and coordinate with suppliers organizers or different departments to align with predetermined plans.
- Manage and facilitate public relations efforts before during and after events.
- Supervise and control activity expenses while summarizing and evaluating event results for optimal organizational efficiency.
- Liaise and communicate with various internal departments.
- Perform additional tasks as required.
- Collaboration with Other Departments (Sales DepartmentAfterSales Service DepartmentMarketing DepartmentVarious Support Departments)
Qualifications:
- Male/Female aged 2535.
- Bachelors degree in Marketing Management Communication Arts or related fields.
- Familiarity and experience with trade shows marketing events and basic knowledge in coordinating related printed materials.
- Proficient in English and computer skills (strong English communication skills will be highly regarded)
- Responsible with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to resolve immediate issues effectively.
