Job Description

The T&C team department is seeking a talented and dynamic Global Learning and development Assistant (internship or apprenticeship)  to support the Learning & Development Director in implementing the learning strategy and support for hotels in their development.

Responsibilities:

  • Support the animation of the Training & Competency (T&C) and Learning & Development (L&D) community in hotels.
  • Promote our training initiatives through social media including video creation and post development along with a comprehensive communication strategy.
  • Assist hotels with the use of training tools.
  • Manage our internal learning management system by integrating impactful training content.
  • Provide digital support for our learning management system including tracking email communication and meetings.
  • Oversee client administration and invoicing.
  • Measure data and the impact of training on clients by establishing dashboards and satisfaction surveys.
  • Organize meetings and training sessions at hotels including specifications contracts trainer relationships and invitations.
  • Stay updated on emerging trends user behaviors and platform updates relevant to the brand.

In an international environment this internship or apprenticeship is a great opportunity to work closely with different internal stakeholders (T&C team different department Brands operations) and external stakeholders (external providers trainers social media) while developing your skills in communication digital and HR.


Qualifications :

  • Strong interest in people industry development and continuous learning with deep knowledge of the main social platforms and production tools
  • Strong sensibility to aesthetics and meticulous attention to detail to produce highend content
  • Strong organization skills multi tasking project management skills and are a team player
  • Creative mindset with the ability to propose and execute learning strategies
  • Excellent written communication skills
  • Agility and Flexibility. Curiosity listening skills and analytical mindset
  • Fluent in English French is a plus
