This role offers the opportunity to work closely with leadership fostering an engaging and highperforming workplace while driving key people strategies.

Responsibilities:
As a People Business Partner your broad responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- HRIT system implementation
- Employer Value Proposition (EVP) development
- Compensation policy design
- Enhancing recruitment strategies
