As an eCommerce Intern youll analyse our customer emails/calls to be able to find issues and improvement areas as well as cluster the emails to find patterns of behaviour. Additionally youll work with the customer service team to build a data bank of customer service and cluster relevant customer groups.
CUSTOMER DATA INSIGHTS
Youll work with Google Analytics and screen our website audit to identify improvement areas. Based on that youll be able to come up with recommendations on how to increase customer experience on our webshop.
CHANNEL PERFORMANCE
As an intern you will assist in supervising paid advertising campaigns on social media and Google Ads. Your responsibilities will include gathering and organizing data from these channels analyzing performance metrics and documenting customer patterns and behaviors. This information will be used to help optimize campaign strategies and improve overall effectiveness.
WEBSHOP MANAGEMENT
In this internship youll be supporting the team in daily tasks to keep our two webshops running smoothly. Additionally youll work closely with our content team supporting them in creating the right content for our webshop.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.16500 gross per month.
