Job Description

Tasks
Responsibilities
- Respond to our users requests in a helpful and empathetic manner monitor the inquiries and issues
- Engage with followers and fans on Artivives social media channels fostering a positive community
- Assist our Social Media Manager with creating posting and scheduling posts on Artivives social media channels
- Analyze trends on the market and monitor the competitors
- Collect and analyze feedback (by conducting interviews with community members and clients)
- Assist in the creation and execution of automated email campaigns
- Monitor relevant digital trends and alert the team of the possible opportunities
Requirements
Qualifications
- Strong communication skills and ability to to adapt your style to Artivives tone of voice and brand identity
- Good community moderation skills and comfort in front of camera
- A client first attitude and enjoy engaging with customers
- Well organized good team player and ready to work in a fastpaced environment
- Fluency in English
- Passion for AR and the art world
- Experience with Active Campaign (or similar customer experience automation software) is a plus
