Job Description
PROCESS MINING AND AUTOMATION TOOLS
In this internship youll learn about process mining and automation tools. Youll help analyse business processes and identify areas for improvement and/or automation. Youll also support the planning and execution of automation and process mining projects.
COLLABORATION
Youll collaborate with team members to ensure project success.
DOCUMENTATION
Youll organise and maintain documentation for the team.
Qualifications :
Previous internships or parttime jobs in related areas would be an advantage.
Familiarity with business workflow concepts and process improvement methodologies.
Basic knowledge or exposure to process mining (Celonis) automation tools and project planning and execution.
Ability to analyse workflows identify inefficiencies and recommend improvements.
Verbal and written communication skills to act effectively as a bridge between business process owners and developers.
Ability to organise and maintain documentation
Problem solving skills to identify and address process inefficiencies.
Willingness and ability to quickly learn new process mining and automation tools and methodologies.

Due to legal reasons we are obliged to disclose the minimum salary according to the collective agreement for this position which is 2.16500 gross per month.
