Job Description:
We are looking for an Operational Agent to join our team at the car rental company. This professional will be responsible for essential operational tasks to ensure exceptional service for our customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Clean the interior and exterior of vehicles ensuring they are in perfect condition for delivery.
- Check and organize vehicle documents and items before delivery.
- Deliver and pick up vehicles promptly while providing courteous customer service.
- Transport vehicles between company locations as needed.
- Perform checkin and checkout inspections identifying potential damages or missing items.
- Support the team with logistical and organizational tasks.
Requirements:
- Valid drivers license.
- Flexible schedule including availability on weekends.
- Strong customer service skills and a professional demeanor.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Previous experience in operational roles is a plus.
Job Type: Contract
Compensation: US$400 per month
