.This role reports into one of the two Senior HR Business Partners for the whole of the NEC SWS organisation the role will provide administrative support to the wider team of HR Business Partners who support across the wide variety of business areas within NEC SWS. The role will form part of the wider HR team and structure.
The role will primarily be based from the Hemel Hempstead Office with an opportunity for hybrid working for the right candidate in the future.
This is a fantastic opportunity to join a busy well established team and gain a huge variety of new skills whilst gaining a recognised HR qualification.

Qualifications :
We are seeking an individual who has excellent verbal and written communication skills and a focus on delivering a firstclass administration service in an efficient professional and effective manner.
This is a fastpaced environment so it is essential that you can manage a changing list of priorities. Whilst support and guidance will be provided by the wider HR team following training the apprentice role will be expected to support administrative tasks for the HR Business Partner team.
