Comex 2000 is seeking a passionate and resultsoriented HR Advisor (ER) to join our dynamic team in Enfield Monday Friday.
In this exciting role youll be:
- The Managers Guide: Guiding managers through the entire employee lifecycle from recruitment to retirement and providing expert support on everything from performance management to complex ER issues.
- A Legal Eagle: Staying ahead of the curve on employment law and ensuring our policies and practices are always compliant and fair.
- A Relationship Builder: Building strong trusting relationships with managers and employees across multiple sites fostering a positive and inclusive work environment.
- A DataDriven Decision Maker: Analysing HR data to identify trends anticipate challenges and drive continuous improvement within our people strategies.
Requirements
- CIPD Level 5 (or equivalent) desirable.
- Proven ER expertise: Youve successfully navigated cases like disciplinaries grievances and performance management.
- Employment Law KnowHow: Youre wellversed in all aspects of employment law and can confidently advise on even the most tricky situations.
- Communication Superstar: Youre a master communicator with excellent written and verbal skills. You can explain complex information clearly and concisely.
- Organisational Whiz: Youre highly organised detailoriented and able to manage multiple priorities effectively.

Excellent communication skills Ability to work with minimum supervision Ability to work within a team Be able to prioritise, organise and manage tasks Well-presented and have good presentation skills. Must have good IT skills specifically Microsoft Excel and Word. Must be holding a Full Driving License NRSWA Accredited Track rodding and roping experience reading MSDR drawings and labelling. Fibre blowing experience would be advantageous.
