Job Description

Are you motivated by hitting targets Passionate about building relationships

As an Apprentice Sales Associate youll work within our GoToMarket team who look after our businesstobusiness (B2B) customers. The team develops new business by expanding relationships with current clients and acquiring new clients across all sectors.

Reporting into a Sales Manager youll start by learning about our clients products and services. Depending on which of our sales teams you join you could be:

  • Speaking to clients and prospects over the phone by email LinkedIn and inperson
  • Looking after an existing client portfolio; building relationships with clients and other sales teams to explore crosssale opportunities
  • Engaging with prospect clients to develop new business ensuring that we continue to grow our client base.

Youll join a cohesive team that works together to achieve one goal to be number one in the industry!

Alongside your role youll complete a 3 year BusinesstoBusiness Sales Degree Apprenticeship with Middlesex University through blended learning. Our apprenticeships are permanent opportunities and youll take part in our 2 year structured Early Careers Development Programme which is packed with workshops shortcourses and online material designed to help kickstart your career.


Qualifications :

To apply for this opportunity you need:

  • To have obtained or be predicted to achieve at least 96 UCAS points from 3 A Levels (or equivalent qualification eg. BTEC) at Grade C/4 or above.
  • To have obtained GCSE Maths and English at Grade C/Grade 4 or above.
  • You must not have a degree in a similar subject
  • Legal right to work in the UK: this role is not capable of visa sponsorship.
  • Due to UK government apprenticeship funding rules you must have lived in the UK for at least 3 years

No previous sales experience is necessary but youll need to show a desire and commitment to learn hit targets and grow your sales skills set.

Whilst we have adopted a hybrid way of working this role is based in Nottingham and requires you to work in the office weekly. Please only apply if this would be a suitable location for you.
