Job Description
We are a Swiss startup specializing in the production and subscriptionbased sale of DIY crochet kits. Our mission is to inspire creativity by providing customers with everything they need to create adorable crochet figures like monkeys owls whales and more. Each kit includes highquality materials such as yarn crochet hooks instructional videos and detailed guides.
To grow our online presence and build a vibrant community of crochet enthusiasts we are looking for a Social Media Manager & Content Creator who is not only passionate about creativity and storytelling but is also comfortable and confident in front of the camera.
Tasks
- Content Creation: Be the face of our brand by creating engaging and relatable content for social media especially TikTok Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts.
- Video Production: Record and present tutorials product showcases and behindthescenes clips.
- Social Media Management: Develop and execute social media strategies to enhance brand awareness and engagement.
- Community Interaction: Build relationships with followers by responding to comments answering questions and fostering a sense of community.
- Influencer Marketing: Collaborate with influencers to expand our reach and create exciting partnerships.
- Trend Monitoring: Stay uptodate with the latest social media and content trends to ensure our brand remains relevant and innovative.
- Performance Analysis: Track and analyze social media metrics to measure success and refine strategies.
Requirements
- Experience in creating and managing social media content particularly video content for platforms like TikTok and Instagram.
- Strong oncamera presence and a natural ability to connect with an audience.
- Creativity and an eye for visual aesthetics and storytelling.
- Knowledge of social media tools and best practices.
- Excellent communication skills in English.
- Passion for crochet is a big pluswhether youre already a crochet enthusiast or eager to learn your genuine interest in our product is essential.
