Job Description
We are seeking a professional and enthusiastic Spa Therapist to join our luxurious Anantara Spa . As a Spa Therapist you will provide exceptional massage and body treatments to our guests ensuring a relaxing and rejuvenating experience in our tranquil setting.
- Perform a variety of massage techniques and body treatments according to spa protocols and guest preferences
- Educate guests about specific wellness concerns and recommend appropriate treatments
- Maintain a clean hygienic and wellorganized treatment room
- Properly use and care for spa equipment and products
- Actively promote spa services treatments and retail products
- Provide excellent customer service addressing guest questions and concerns professionally and courteously
- Collaborate with the spa team to ensure smooth operations and a positive guest experience
- Participate in ongoing training and staff meetings to stay updated on new techniques and spa offerings
- Adhere to all company policies including health and safety regulations
- Manage appointment schedules efficiently ensuring punctuality and appropriate treatment durations
Qualifications :
- Certificate in Spa or Massage Therapy
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist in a 5star resort or luxury spa setting
- Proficiency in various massage techniques including Balinese and body treatments
- Excellent knowledge of spa protocols and wellness concepts
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Fluency in English
- Outstanding customer service orientation with a friendly and empathetic demeanor
- Detailoriented with a commitment to cleanliness and hygiene
- Physical stamina to perform treatments throughout the day
- Basic computer skills for managing appointments and records
- Ability to work flexibly including weekends and holidays
- Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Time management skills and ability to work efficiently under pressure
