Job Description
Essential Duties May Include:
- Focusing on expanding client base by proactively identifying and sourcing custom plastic injection molding opportunities for production
- Effectively demonstrating technical features of injection molding capabilities to prospective clients
- Driving sales by building and maintaining strong business relationships while ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty
- Travelling to customer sites and providing personalized service and support as well as managing onsite visits to showcase the facility and processes
- Collaborating with Engineering teams to develop accurate and competitive price quotes and proposals tailored to client needs
- Consistently meeting and exceeding established sales goals tracking progress and adjusting strategies to maximize success
- Bachelors Degree in Engineering (plastics preferred)
- 5 years of experience in a technical sales engineer or business development role within the Injection molding industry
- Solid foundation of technical knowledge of custom plastic injection molding
- Previous experience in a customer facing/Engineering roles
- Professional written and verbal communication
- Flexibility and willingness to travel to customer sites.
