Job Description

Our Client is looking for Customer Support Agents to join their growing department in the iGaming field. Shifts are from Monday to Friday rotating every week.

Responsibilities:

  • Communication with customers through live chat and emails.
  • Maintain prompt and empathetic attitude towards customers.
  • Acknowledge and resolve customers issues and queries.
  • Keeping up to date with products terms offers and functions.
  • Report and escalate advanced customer queries to the relevant departments.
  • Perform firststep investigations on queries and issues.
  • 3 shift based role (MondayFriday) 9:00 18:00 13:00 22:00 16:00 01:00

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in online customer support is a must
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal English with excellent language skills.
  • Proficiency in both written and verbal German with excellent language skills.
  • Strong communication abilities enabling effective interaction and collaboration.
  • Solid computer literacy and adept typing skills.
  • Ability to perform effectively within a multitasking work environment.
