Join Our Team in Sunny Cyprus!
Are you a French speaker with customer support experience Do you want to work in an iGaming environment If so we have the perfect opportunity for you! Were looking for enthusiastic candidates to join our VIP team in Cyprus.
Tasks
Your Responsibilities:
- Provide topnotch support to VIP clients via chat email and phone.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with highvalue customers.
- Assist clients with their inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure a seamless customer experience.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and company promotions.
Requirements
What Were Looking For:
- Fluent French speaker (nativelevel from France).
- Able to communicate in English
- Previous experience in iGaming is a big plus! If not customer support experience will also be considered.
- Strong communication and problemsolving skills.
- Ability to work in a fastpaced environment and handle VIP customer needs.
- A positive attitude and a passion for delivering exceptional service.
