Wolt is a Finnish technology company best known for our food and retail delivery platform. Since launching in Cyprus weve been helping local businesses connect with customers in new and exciting ways.
Our Sales Support Team plays a crucial role in ensuring that both restaurant and retail partners have everything they need to succeed on Wolt. From onboarding partners to updating menus and product lists making sure that they are reflecting the Wolt brand and standards. Our team makes sure everything runs smoothly for our partners and customers.
As we continue to grow were looking for a Sales Support Associate to work closely with our Account Managers and Merchant Partners to ensure topquality service and smooth operations.
What Youll Be Doing:
Menu & Product Management Updating menus product lists pricing and photos to ensure accurate and appealing listings.
Special Offers & Promotions Managing merchant promotions discounts and campaigns to enhance visibility.
Venue Quality Control Reviewing merchant updates and ensuring consistency in content pricing and images.
Sales Support Assisting the Account Management teams with merchantrelated administrative tasks.
Merchant Requests & Support Responding to merchant inquiries resolving issues and ensuring a seamless experience.
Collaboration Working closely with Account Managers to maintain highquality standards for our partners.
Qualifications :
DetailOriented & Organized You enjoy structure and keeping things running smoothly.
CustomerFocused Previous experience in customer service administration or sales support is a plus.
TechSavvy Comfortable working with digital tools and managing data.
Great Communicator Youll be in regular contact with merchants and internal teams.
Fluent in Greek & English Both languages are essential.
Bonus Points Experience in the restaurant retail or ecommerce industry is a plus!
