We are seeking an enthusiastic professional to join our team as an Associate Consultant. This role presents a welldefined and ambitious career path for professionals eager to advance quickly in the challenging consulting field.
Indicative responsibilities:
- Collaborate with diverse teams on various projects contributing to their successful execution.
- Develop satisfaction engagement pulse and other survey questionnaires while alsoanalyzing collected data.
- Provide hands on support on the preparation of client seminars and workshops including the preparation of relevant materials.
- Conduct comprehensive research across different fields to support the implementation of consulting projects.
- Draft tenders and proposals for clients.
- Collect analyze and present data creating metrics and analytics.
- Analyze companies preparing management and human resources infrastructure such as organizational charts job descriptions policies procedures and performance management systems.
- Participate in the Talent Acquisition process for clients
- Generate reports.
Requirements:
- Degree in Business Administrationor related field.
- 23 year of relevant experience
- Proficient in written and oral Greek and English.
- Team player
- Self organized and disciplinedwith the ability to meet tight deadlines.
- Excellent command of Office365 applications.
- Embrace a growth mindset with a strong desire to learn.
- Demonstrate energy enthusiasm and ambition.
Added Qualifications:
- Familiarity with Power BI SPSS or other statistical packages.
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Flexibility and willingness to engage in diverse tasks.
