Responsibilities:
Client Representation:
- Advise attorneys on their rights and obligations during disciplinary proceedings.
- Keep clients updated and address concerns throughout the process.
- Represent attorneys at hearings and defend their reputation.
Case Investigation and Documentation:
- Investigate complaints gather evidence and prepare defense strategies.
- Negotiate settlements and collaborate with colleagues on defense efforts.
Growth and Professional Development:
- Support training materials and client acquisition.
- Stay updated on legal ethics and participate in industry associations.

- Bill daily via Clio.

Qualifications:
- 4 years in litigation legal ethics or disciplinary defense
- California State Bar experience preferred.
- J.D. from an accredited law school.
- Active state bar membership.
Knowledge/Skills:
- Manage multiple cases and meet deadlines independently.
- Strong communication research and analytical skills.
- Skilled in negotiation and problemsolving.
- Effective in working with attorneys assistants and clients.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office especially Excel.
- Adaptable to fastpaced environments and new technology.
- Fluent in English and open to feedback.
