Role Overview:
As an Onsite Sales Executive you will play a pivotal role in driving sales success by engaging potential buyers managing client relationships and facilitating seamless transactions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct outreach to potential buyers via email text and phone guiding them through the sales process.
- Schedule and conduct property tours for prospective clients.
- Engage in ongoing sales training and team collaboration to enhance sales techniques.
- Manage the CRM to track leads client communications and transactions.
- Work closely with the developers marketing team to align strategies for maximum sales impact.
- Be an ambassador for the lifestyle and community creating authentic connections with clients.

- Real Estate License Required: Must hold an active real estate license or be willing to obtain one promptly.
- Luxury Sales Experience: Proven success selling highend real estate automobiles yachts or other luxury products.
- Adaptability: Willingness to relocate to project sites and fully integrate into the community for the duration of the project.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Strong verbal and written abilities with a natural ability to connect with highnetworth clients.
- Outgoing yet Approachable Personality: Engaging without needing to be the center of attention.
- DetailOriented and TechSavvy: Proficient in CRM systems database management and reporting.
- Resilience and Work Ethic: Committed to working 5.56 days per week during peak sales seasons.
- WellTraveled and Conversational: Comfortable engaging in meaningful conversations with sophisticated clientele.
- ClientFocused Approach: Strong listening skills and a consultative selling style.
