ABOUT THE SAN FRANCISCO COMMUNITY LAND TRUST
The San Francisco Community Land Trust (SFCLT) is a nonprofit organization whose mission is to create permanently affordable housing for lowtomoderateincome people through
community ownership of the land. Guided by the principles of antidisplacement and racial
justice SFCLT stabilizes neighborhoods and creates greater access to housing and
home ownership opportunities with a focus on BIPOC communities previously excluded from
access to wealth and in particular access to home ownership opportunities.
SFCLT currently owns and operates 16 permanently affordable properties for those of low and
moderate income spread throughout San Francisco including Chinatown the Mission the
Tenderloin the Richmond South of Market and Russian Hill.
ABOUT THE EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT ROLE
SFCLT is seeking an Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive support to the Executive Director handling administrative tasks communications and project management. This highimpact role engages with all levels of the organization playing a key part in creating structure and efficiently supporting the organization s daytoday operations.
Administrative Support: Provide general assistance to the Executive Director manage daytoday office operations and handle scheduling phone calls and mail processing.
Website & Social Media Management: Update and maintain the organizations website and social media channels ensuring consistent online presence.
Document & File Management: Prepare scan and organize legal documents maintain filing systems and implement protocols for document storage.
Email & Communication: Manage general email inbox and contact forms forward messages and help with mailing list communications.
Data Entry & Event Support: Assist with data entry to keep member records up to date and support event coordination tasks.
Marketing & LeaseUp Assistance: Provide administrative support for the Marketing and LeaseUp teams including form collection and applicant coordination.

SALARY: $83900 $100000 a year FTE depending on experience.

Minimum of 5 years of executive assistant office management or other administrative experience
Paralegal or experience with contracts and legal documents is a bonus
Experience working in local communities marginalized by gentrification and displacement including communities of color lowincome queer and immigrant residents of San Francisco.
Must have strong technology literacy and skills with digital tools like Google Suite Asana Zoom and more
All applicants must be fully vaccinated against Covid19 before starting
This is a hybrid role requiring two days per week in our San Francisco office. Mondays and Wednesdays are mandatory inoffice days for this role with flexibility on Wednesdays as needed. Additional days may be required based on events or other factors.
