Job Description
Title : Business Analyst with Mortgage exp
Location : McLean VA Onsite
Long Term contract
Skills : Banking Mortgage exp.
Requirements:
- Bachelors degree in Business Administration Computer Science or a related field. A masters degree is a plus.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst in the mortgage and real estate domains.
- Strong knowledge of mortgage and real estate processes including loan origination underwriting appraisal title escrow and closing.
- Familiarity with mortgage lending software systems such as loan origination systems (LOS) customer relationship management (CRM) tools and document management systems.
- Proficient in data analysis techniques and tools including SQL Excel and data visualization tools.
- Excellent analytical problemsolving and criticalthinking skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fastpaced environment.
- Experience with Agile methodologies and knowledge of project management principles.
- Professional certifications such as Certified Business Analysis Professional (CBAP) or Project Management Professional (PMP) are preferred but not required.
