This hybrid role will involve working both remotely within the city and in our Barcelona office. Role Summary:
In this role you will work closely with businesses from Frenchspeaking countries (including France Belgium Luxembourg and others) guiding them in creating and optimizing their online marketing campaigns. As a trusted advisor you will provide valuable insights and tailored solutions to enhance their digital marketing performance and ensure longterm success.
Your core duties will involve consulting with clients developing and executing online advertising campaigns managing budgets and optimizing digital strategies across multiple platforms like Google Ads social media and others. The goal is to help clients achieve their marketing objectives while ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Client Consultation:
Act as the primary consultant for Frenchspeaking clients advising them on effective digital marketing strategies and developing customized advertising campaigns that align with their business goals and target audience. - Campaign Setup and Optimization:
Manage the creation execution and optimization of online marketing campaigns. This includes utilizing Google Ads social media platforms SEO and other tools to maximize campaign results. - Strategy Development:
Work collaboratively with clients to create personalized marketing strategies. Gain a deep understanding of their business and tailor campaigns to help them meet their objectives. - Performance Analysis and Insights:
Regularly analyze campaign performance providing actionable insights to enhance results. Use tools like Google Analytics to monitor key performance indicators such as conversion rates ROI and customer acquisition costs. - Building Client Relationships:
Foster strong relationships with clients by offering excellent customer service proactively managing their needs and addressing any concerns. Keep clients wellinformed and satisfied with ongoing communications. - Upselling and CrossSelling:
Identify opportunities for upselling additional services or products to help clients expand their digital marketing efforts and boost performance. - Market Research and Trends:
Stay updated on the latest trends in digital marketing advertising technologies and industry best practices. Conduct market research to ensure that clients benefit from the most current solutions. - Collaboration with Internal Teams:
Work closely with teams across Sales Product and Account Management to ensure the seamless execution of client strategies. Share insights and feedback to improve service offerings continuously. - Ongoing Professional Development:
Participate in continuous learning opportunities training sessions and certification programs to stay ahead of the curve in the fastevolving digital marketing landscape.
Requirements:
- Language Proficiency:
Fluent in French (C2 level) and proficient in English (C1/C2 level) with the ability to communicate effectively in both languages. - Digital Marketing Expertise:
At least 12 years of experience in digital marketing including campaign management online advertising and strategy development. Familiarity with platforms like Google Ads SEO and social media marketing is preferred. - Consultative Approach:
Strong listening skills and the ability to offer tailored digital marketing solutions. Excellent communication skills for presenting proposals explaining strategies and building relationships with clients. - Analytical Abilities:
Ability to analyze performance data and use insights to optimize campaigns. Experience with analytics tools such as Google Analytics is required. - TechSavvy:
