Job Description

We are looking for a dynamic and resultsdriven Client Operations Manager to oversee

key client projects from both financial and operational perspective. In this role you

will be responsible for maintaining strong client relationships driving operational

excellence and ensuring service delivery aligns with company objectives.

The Client Operations Manager will lead and develop a team of Team Leads Quality

Specialists and Training & Quality Coordinators fostering a highperformance

culture while maintaining a strong focus on process improvement. If you thrive in a fast paced environment enjoy problemsolving and have a passion for leadership this role is for you.

Tasks

1. Client & Project Management

Manage multiple client projects ensuring smooth operational execution.

Maintain and enhance client relationships through regular communication and

business reviews.

Ensure compliance with Service Levels (SLAs) and Key Performance Indicators

(KPIs).

Identify opportunities for continuous process improvement to optimize

efficiency and service delivery.

2. Operational Performance & Compliance

Lead operational teams to ensure consistent service quality and productivity.

Oversee daily/weekly/monthly performance reporting ensuring transparency in

operational financial and quality metrics.

Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry standards.

Actively work on solutions for operational challenges and drive efficiency.

3. Financial & Budget Management

Adjust budgets and resources to maximize profitability.

Provide regular financial performance updates to senior management.

4. Leadership & Team Development

Lead by example fostering a positive and collaborative work culture.

Develop and mentor a team of Team Leads and operational specialists.

Promote a solutionfocused mindset supporting teams in problemsolving.

Drive engagement by ensuring team members feel valued and empowered.

5. Strategic Growth & Continuous Improvement

Act as a key player in developing and executing operational strategies.

Work with senior leadership to align operations with business objectives.

Identify opportunities for growth and innovation in client service management.

Requirements

Leadership experience Proven ability to lead and manage teams in an operational

setting.

Fluent in German and English.

Strong analytical mindset Experience in managing KPIs financials and

operational data.

Excellent problemsolving skills Ability to find effective solutions to operational

challenges.

Resultsoriented Focused on driving team performance and exceeding client

expectations.

Outstanding communication skills Ability to effectively engage with internal

teams and external stakeholders.

Flexible and adaptable Ability to thrive in a fastpaced and evolving work

environment.

Nicetohave:
