Job Description
Fulltime/Parttime: Fulltime
Language Requirement: Fluent in German and English (C1 level)
Are you passionate about providing excellent customer service Do you have strong communication skills and a knack for solving problems We are looking for a dedicated GermanSpeaking Customer Support Agent to join our team and provide toptier support to our customers via email and chat (95% of the role).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist Germanspeaking customers via email and chat addressing their inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
- Provide accurate product or service information troubleshooting guidance and help with technical issues.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by delivering timely professional and clear responses.
- Collaborate with the team to improve processes and contribute to the overall success of the customer support team.
- Maintain detailed records of customer interactions transactions and feedback in the system.
Requirements:
- Native or nearnative fluency in German (C1 level or above).
- Excellent written communication skills in German.
- Previous experience in customer service or support (email/chat support is a plus).
- Ability to solve problems quickly and think critically.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a remote team.
- Basic technical troubleshooting skills.
