About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Digital Marketing Manager to lead our marketing
team and drive our companys growth through strategic planning and execution of
comprehensive marketing initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
managing marketing teams a deep understanding of digital marketing channels and expertise in
running successful paid advertising campaigns.
Responsibilities:
1. Monitor Paid Media Campaigns on Various Platforms:
Keep a close eye on the performance of paid media campaigns on platforms such as Google
Meta and Taboola.
Analyze key metrics and make datadriven recommendations for optimization.
2. Devise Growth Strategies for Social Media Platforms:
Develop and implement growth strategies for social media platforms including Instagram
LinkedIn and Twitter.
Stay informed about industry trends and leverage new features to enhance the companys
presence on these platforms.
3. Forge Collaborations with Partners for Offline Events:
Identify and establish partnerships with relevant entities including societies colleges and
schools to organize and participate in offline events.
Coordinate logistics and ensure successful execution of collaborative events.
4. Keep the Team Accountable for Marketing Efforts:
Create and maintain detailed tracking sheets for marketing activities.
Track and analyze data related to marketing performance.
Regularly communicate with team members to ensure everyone is meeting their marketing
goals.
5. Take Daily Calls for Progress on Marketing Verticals:
Conduct daily checkins with the marketing team to discuss progress on various verticals.
Address any challenges or roadblocks faced by the team and provide necessary support and
guidance.

Encourage staying updated on the latest trends in digital marketing and media
management to continuously enhance strategies.
Collaborative Communication:
Foster an environment of open communication encouraging team members to share
ideas feedback and challenges.
DataDriven DecisionMaking:
Emphasize the importance of making decisions based on data and analytics ensuring that
marketing efforts are optimized for maximum impact.
Flexibility and Adaptability:
Acknowledge the dynamic nature of the marketing landscape and promote a flexible
approach to adapt to changes and emerging opportunities.
Qualifications:
Bachelors degree in Marketing Business or a related field (Masters degree preferred).
Proven experience in a leadership role in marketing with a focus on team management and
strategic planning.
Indepth knowledge of digital marketing including paid advertising SEO and social media.
Demonstrated success in planning and executing successful paid advertising campaigns.
Strong analytical and datadriven decisionmaking skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
