Senior Quality Manager in India (f/m/d)

Your Responsibilities
- Lead the quality management functions within the plant including Quality Engineering Metrology Labs QMS and QDM
- Ensure compliance with IATF16949/ISO 9000 standards and continuous improvement of the Quality Management System (QMS)
- Develop and implement quality methodologies and problemsolving techniques within the plant organization
- Represent the plant in all qualityrelated aspects with customers and thirdparty certification agencies
- Drive cost awareness within the quality team and implement strategies to reduce the cost of quality
- Act as the first level of decisionmaking for product deviations
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical field
- 5 years of team leadership experience preferably in the semiconductor or PCB industry
- Six Sigma Black Belt certification is preferred
- Proven ability to represent the company to external organizations including customers and suppliers
- Strong analytical leadership and social skills
- Crosscultural competence (experience with Indian culture will be a plus)
- Fluency in English
