Job Description

Job Summary:

The B2B Sales Executive at Garage ILLA is responsible for identifying and securing business opportunities by selling tires batteries filters and oils for commercial vehicles. This role involves developing strong relationships with fleet operators transportation companies and logistics businesses to drive sales and ensure customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales & Business Development:


  • Develop and implement a sales strategy to promote tires batteries filters and oils for Commercial trucks.
  • Generate leads follow up with prospects and close sales deals.
  • Conduct market research to understand industry trends and customer needs.

Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and maintain longterm relationships with key clients and fleet managers.
  • Understand client requirements and recommend the right tires batteries filters and oils to optimize their fleet performance.
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and provide aftersales support.

Negotiation & Contract Management:

  • Prepare and present customized sales proposals to potential clients.
  • Negotiate pricing contract terms and payment conditions to secure profitable deals.
  • Ensure all agreements comply with company policies and revenue targets.

Collaboration & Reporting:

  • Work closely with internal teams including operations warehouse and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
  • Maintain and update CRM systems with customer interactions and sales progress.
  • Provide regular reports on sales performance market trends and competitor activity.


Requirements

Qualifications & Skills:

Education & Experience:

  • Bachelors degree in Business Administration Sales Marketing or a related field.
  • 3 years of experience in B2B sales preferably in automotive parts fleet services or trucking industry.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

Key Skills:


  • Excellent communication negotiation and presentation skills.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and identify growth opportunities.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office (Excel Word PowerPoint).
  • Selfmotivated targetdriven and able to work under pressure.
