Job Description

The Manufacturing Engineer at Satellite Suites will be responsible for the design development and implementation of manufacturing processes. Responsibilities

  • Design develop implement and test new product lines
  • Analyze existing systems to identify valueadded activities
  • Identify opportunities for waste reduction during production
  • Manage engineering projects throughout their lifecycle
  • Ensure the safety reliability and quality of products
  • Prepare and review technical specifications and documentation
  • Collaborate with engineers and production staff for system improvements
  • Investigate and troubleshoot system failures or complaints
  • Conduct research on new technologies for innovative solutions
  • Comply with applicable codes and standards

Qualifications

  • A degree in Mechanical Engineering Automotive Engineering or a related field
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in vehicle and/or trailer design
  • SolidWorks and Lean Six Sigma experience is a plus
  • Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of Sage X is preferred
