Overview:
The AudioVisual Manager will be responsible for generating sales quotes supporting coordinating and executing audiovideo events at assigned Chattanooga hospitality venues.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Facilitate and implement the needs of the client.
Keep track of inhouse inventory and forecast additional items as needed
Work with corporate warehouse to schedule transfers to and from the facility
Setup operation and removal of AudioVisual equipment.
Responsible for selling and creating quotes for audiovisual event technology services and solutions at event venues.
Energetic enthusiastic and driven sales professional with a strong work ethic.
Responsibilities include but are not exclusive to:
Professional relationship and team development with location staff and colleagues
Location and vendor relationships
Project and event management
Follow Scheduling Guidelines
High level of customer service expertise

Ability to effectively communicate and interface with peers as well as executive level
management.

Experience level:
Skills and Qualifications:
Superior customer service: client and partnership satisfaction is top priority.
Minimum of AA/BS or equivalent experience of three or more years of audiovisual technical experience preferably in a hospitality environment.
Must possess good written and verbal communications skills and computer proficiency.
Must possess a positive attitude in a demanding technical environment and demonstrate the ability to work well with others.
Ability to manage multiple projects at the same time.
The ideal candidate will have a proven track record for selling products and services while achieving or exceeding set revenue goals.
Compensation
Base salary with sales commission.
