Job Description
Job Title: Product Manager / Project Manager
Location: Dallas TX San Fransico CA & Bentonville AR (Day1 Onsite)
Duration: 6 Months

Job Description:
- Define and own the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Define and execute the product roadmap for Inventory & Merchandise Compliance solutions.
- Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to apply user experience (UX) and design principles.
- Partner with data science teams to define develop and apply predictive and prescriptive models.
- Lead multiapplication integration efforts to deliver seamless user experiences.
- Track and analyze key product metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Plan coordinate and oversee project milestones to deliver Inventory & Merchandise Compliance solutions on time and within scope.
- Ensure alignment across stakeholders maintaining clear communication and expectations.
- Apply project management best practices to manage budgets resources and risks.
- Navigate complex matrixed organizations to manage interdependencies effectively.
- Monitor progress and measure success against key performance indicators.
Desired Qualifications:
- Technical Expertise: Experience with mobile application development data science models and multiapplication integrations.
- Collaboration: Strong interpersonal and leadership skills to manage stakeholders across different functions.
- Retail Knowledge (Preferred): While retail experience is not mandatory familiarity with inventory and merchandising workflows is a plus.
- Organizational Experience: For Project Managers experience working in large matrixed organizations is highly desired; for Product Managers it is a nicetohave.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated success in launching innovative technology products (0 to 1).
- Proven ability to deliver solutions involving computer vision machine learning or RFID technologies.
- Strong analytical and decisionmaking skills with a datadriven approach.
Note:
Candidates with a demonstrated ability to develop and deliver solutions in computer vision machine learning and RFIDrelated projects will be given strong consideration.
