Job Description:
About the Role:
We are looking for experienced Product Managers and Project Managers to lead initiatives in RFID Inventory Tracking. The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 3 years of experience working with modern technology stacks launching 0to1 products and achieving quantifiable outcomes.
Strong preference will be given to candidates with expertise in RFID hardware and software applications largescale realtime data systems and applied data science.
- Overall 10 years of experience required
- Define and own the product roadmap ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
- Define and lead the product strategy and roadmap for RFID inventory tracking solutions.
- Collaborate with engineering and UX teams to design and deliver userfriendly datadriven solutions.
- Leverage applied data science to build predictive models and optimize inventory tracking.
- Integrate multiple applications to create seamless endtoend RFID solutions.
- Define KPIs and success metrics to measure the products performance and impact.
- Plan execute and oversee RFID inventory tracking projects ensuring timely and successful delivery.
- Manage vendor relationships to align hardware and software deliverables with project goals.
- Oversee operations management ensuring smooth project workflows and resource allocation.
- Handle largescale realtime data applications and integrations with other systems.
- Collaborate with stakeholders to manage expectations and resolve risks effectively.
- Strong understanding of user experience and design principles.
